Taking place one spring afternoon, the festival kicks off with a gallery walk of student art. Guests are then invited into the Center for Community and the Arts (CCA) for a fashion show of garments designed by members of the Costume and Fashion Design class. They adjourn to the CCA Courtyard where students play music – both covers and original – while tacos are served.

Then the doors to the Center for Community and the Arts open and guests file back into the CCA for the Buckley Film Festival where student filmmakers aged 5 to 19 showcase their work in 3- to 10-minute shorts.
